Most pokemons are not evolving at Pink Island

I dont know why but i am doing evolve data for myself.

 

Currently doing with aron endavor with focus sashes , but most of the pokemons are not evolving when they should be.

 

For example : Baltoy , crawdaunt.

 

I let aron die and kill the oppenent with this pokemons. But after that eventhough they should get level , they dont. Check please.
