help with two big problems please

Hi, good afternoon, I have two problems:

The first is that I forget my password, search and find the link in which my user asked me to send the account reset link to the email, the email arrived and the link redirected me correctly to the password change page, the problem is that when I enter both the new password and the confirmation of it, I see "your token has expired, use only numbers and letters for the password and still the error appears.

The second problem is that I created a new user with another email, which is this same user that I am using, the problem is that I tried to enter the game with this user and he did not allow me, now, thinking that the previous problem could be due to the account, try to make the password change with this user and by entering it in this link "https://pokemonrevolution.net/forgot-password" it tells me that it does not exist.
