Game balance of Pokemon RO

Hello and dear Gamer's

first i must excuse me for my english. I use a little bit google Translate and my own knowledge.

I want to ask you, if you feel with me, but mabye i think that the difference of my Pokemon lvl to the another Enemy pokemon doesnt play a Role ?

for example :

Me with lvl 100 Salamancer

Enemy with lvl 65-75 any Type of pkm

kills me within 2 attacks. It depents not of his Type of nature

If i do any Type of attack, he must death. But he dont ?

Do you played the Old Original Editions of Pokemon ?

Do you have played Pokemon One ?

To be brief again, a pokemon that are 20 lvl's or more lower than my is, cannot win this Match against me.

I think the Balance of the Fights in PRO is mistaken.

My Snorlax is level 85 and hit a Pokemon level 49 with Bodyslam and he wasnt get down, Hello ??

So thank you for your patience and i hope i get quick answers from you as well.

Maybe the game is build like this and nobody was spoken about that or i am wrong :))

Or this is the Standart of the Game and i have to get used to it.

Have a nice Day Dennis "Fedex"
