What have you done before the problem was there?

My PRO username is Imperialflames. I donated 10$ to PRO expecting that it would give me the Membership item and the outcome was that it became 60 days of Membership. I would like to get those 60 days Membership back to the Membership item so I can sell it to get money.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

If you donated on the website this is normal, it provides you membership for 30 days not coins to buy a medalion. You have to buy coins in game if you want to sell the membership medalion
