Please keep in mind that you will not be able to use PRO on IOS,

 

Unless Apple opens up their OS development to 3rd party applications, you won't be able to play on iOS. Furthermore, iOS doesn't have enough resources to let PRO work on it.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try the following:

  • Delete all the old files or PRO ( if there are any )
  • Restart your Phone
  • Download another browser on your smartphone and then try to download again the game from our PRO DOWNLOAD PAGE

If that should not solve your issue, could you please try to download the game on a PC and then move it from the PC to your smartphone?

Also, could you please attach a screenshot of the error you're experiencing?

Where at do I find to delete it

Please try the following the steps below,

 

  • Go to settings
     
     
  • General
     
     
  • Storage
     
     
  • Apps
     
     
  • PRO
     
     
  • Clear cache - Clear data

Making sure you delete all the old files / PRO.
