Hello,

 

I have not been as active lately as I was 1-2 years ago, and I bought a jet ski back then that is not useful anymore since the speed has been slowed down. I know there was an NPC that did that but apparently it was removed from the game. Is it possible to have the NPC back? It could be part of an temporary event or something if you don't want it to be there forever. It really sucks that I bought it back then and now it became useless. I never bought it for the looks, but only in order to be faster.
