Someone told me to come to the forums for help I traded 3 pokemon a timburr a foungus and a shiny wingull to be ev trained they added me and said they go train them 5 mins later I check my friends list and there not there anymore so I was just wondering is there anyway to get my pokemon back or no

Hey man, there's nothing really you can do specifically in-game, but in Trade Rules "3. Scamming, misleading or deceiving other players is prohibited and will be aggressively sanctioned." I would go here and report the player. Hope I help'd a lil bit. Seems like a frustrating situation :/.
