Hi, i battled all npcs and talked to doctor whotells me to find pharmacist, i did that but after i talkto him and go back to captain it just happens same way again and i have to do same thing again and again nothing happens etc so im stuck in ss anne coz i cant get potion from captain to continue

Hey StrongMon, After talking to the doctor did you "remember to ask how you can help when prompted on the dialogic menu; otherwise, you will not be able to properly proceed with the objective, as your quest variables will not be registered to enable you to do the subsequent steps." The SS Anne quest is quite tedious if certain very little details aren't completed. Here is the wiki link describing the whole quest for you.
