I am stuck while doing hoenn teleport quest. I remember starting this quest a while back where by i defeated team aqaua/magma goon in power plant and got disc from watson. However i did not go about completing the quest by vising every affected pc. Now tried to do again but there is no watson in powerplant and pc guard asks me visit site manager.

So could you guys reset the quest.
