tried to evolve my eevee and it didnt work

I was on ice path I tried 3 times in diffrent locations in ice path and it wouldnt evolve now it's at 100 and I dont know what to do please fix.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.

 

I have gone ahead and de-leveled your Eevee for you, for future reference, if you need help with any Evolution / Deleveling, please use the Evolution & Deleveling mega thread next time.

 

If you are trying to evolve your Eevee into a Glaceon you will need to do so by leveling up in either the Low Tides Room or on Route 217.
