Bug in lend trade

I lent 4 Pokemon to my friend by lend trade sohe could fulfill the Vulcan quest. But the Pokemon didn't return to me. I got the message that the Pokemon had been returned but are not in my box and not in his box either. I don't have a screenshot because it was just a lend trade and I didn't think it would give an error. His username is Hinamifueguchi. They were epic Pokemon, so I really need them back:

-epic slowbro bold h.a

-epic chansey bold natural cure

-epic blissey calm natural cure

-regular impish klefki prankster

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.

 

Our developers are aware of this bug.

Fortunately, they have already patched a fix and all pokemon lost this way and are still recoverable. However, developers must recover each pokemon lost this way manually.

Please be patient in the meantime and remember that there is no estimated time as to when we will be able to provide you with any news about this specific case as it might take a bit.
