Fortunately, they have already patched a fix and all pokemon lost this way and are still recoverable. However, developers must recover each pokemon lost this way manually. Please be patient in the meantime and remember that there is no estimated time as to when we will be able to provide you with any news about this specific case as it might take a bit.
