My riolu didnt evolve at lvl 100 with mac happiness

Hello. I had my riolu at lvl 97 and maxed his happiness to 255 to evolve but he didnt. So i used a sooth bell to try and see if it wasnt all the way up and tried to evolve again and no luck. I learned the /happiness command in help chst and tried to check it wss indeed at 255. They said it needs to evolve in day time. I tried one more time before then no luck so i waited till 10 and tried to battle to trigger evo since i was lvl 100 and nothing happened. Wondering if i can trigger it now or is there a way to reset him to lvl 99
