I've received Mysterious Ticket, but I have one question. I'm interested in catching Latios on Birth Island. I found information on forum that I have to do requirements for legendary Pokemon before. What does it exactly mean? What requirements are needed to catch Latios on Birth Island? Is it enough to be Sinnoh champ or I have to got 300 evolutions in my Pokedex? I do not want to enter it before be sure that Latios encounter is possible.

If you want to have a chance of encountering latios at birth island you would need to have latias. So if you want to first have latios just do the quest for it

OK, thanks for reply. So what is advantage of Birth Island? I do not see any difference between catching Latios by the basic quest and do it or Island. We need to do same requirements so place of Latios spawn doest not matter. If I am correct, you can catch only one single Pokemon of all of kinds. What am I missing then? What mysterious ticket gives me?

I think it’s unfair that is why you see the same people wining and to add salt to the wound legendary bird quest not counting new alola pokes to be dex

To answer your questions it gives you the opportunity to complete the legendary quest in its entirety
