Later today I have found that same person sales this poke again I don't know how that poke gone in his hand but I have re bought it from him to see if that same thing happened to me again

As per the trade logs, the first trade never happened, nor you lost any money in that. This is the reason why the pokemon was still under his possession. I didn't find any other trade in your trade history with the said user other than this.

I don't think something was bugged here as trade logs register all your trades without any error.
