A bug on my togetic/togekiss

Hi good morning, I posted in forums for the delevel request. and I noticed a bug on my togetic, as soon as I evo it to togekiss (I've used 8 rc twice and two roost tms) But once i log off or if I relog it'll de-evo itself back to level 92 as if i never gave it rc or anything.... basically wasted my money twice..)

 

I noticed yesterday after I relogged, I talked to Acaiberry about it, and suggested delevel request which i've done before. But it was taking a while, so I decided to buy 8 more rc and another roost tm (spend about 80k total) and I logged off. It did it again, like I'm so sad bc this was my own ot and I noticed a weird glitch when I would evo it, it would freeze at togetic then change to togekiss. But the items i lost are really making me upset? does togekiss not need roost on it? or air slash? is that why its doing this? or is it me using rc to level it up? Please help me
