Blastoise isn't currently able to learn Dark Pulse from the move tutor in Larvaridge,

 

Both Smogon and Pokémondb belive that this is a move Blastoise should learn.

 

Wasnt sure if to put here, or in general or where, if its in the wrong place can it be moved by w.e mod sees it :) ty

Did not as the wiki only listed lavaridge,

I'll try ecruteak now, but think lava needs changing even if ecruteak works

Ecruteak city tutor works

Dark Pulse at Ecruteak is TM, Dark Pulse at Larvaridge is Tutor. That's the difference.
