Hello,

 

I just start Hoenn and use Psychics TM on my ralts but it doesnt work, the TM dissapeard from inventory and the poke dont learn the move WTF ?!

 

So i want to know if its a bug or its normal to can't learn high TM move on new poke, my ralts is lvl6. I think its a bug cause i can learn flamethrower to my torchic

I replace with Growl but it doesn't work, should i need to try again ?? don't want to loose another TM
