I need help from moderator.

I play this game before, like 1 or 2 years ago, but now i dont have my account. I put "recover my account" and put my ID but the page dont send me any message to recover my account. I dont want to start all again, please help me to resolve this bug of the page.

My old account was "Komean". And the account of my brother was "Fabritler". Both disappear.

Unfortunately, the email could take up to around 30 minutes to be received.

So, it would be nice if you take your time a little longer and wait for the email to arrive.

 

Moreover, using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome could also help reduce the time gap between the email sent and received.
