Tried to evolve gyarados from magikarp, leveled magikarp from 5 to 20 and no pop-up to evolve, then relogged and leveled it 1 more time to 21 but still not evolving. need help please.

PS: I got the Magikarp from an NPC that sells Legendary Magikarp do I dunno if that helps.

Just now, leveled spearow to 20 and evolved to fearow but when i switched to hoothoot and leveled it to 20 after 1 battle or so, it didn't evolve like magikarp.

Hello? Can anybody help me with this evolution bug? I really need my Magikarp and Hoothoot to evolve.

The BUG is still there, now I have 3 pokemons that didn't evolve, Magikarp, Hoothoot & Meowth.
