Been trying to use Pro but it only says lost connection, and I cannot play on my only free time why's happening?

i was playing on silver server and the game is crashed, when i clicked again at the icon it says shortcut has changed or deleted, so i found PROclient.exe has gone.

I tried to download it again(win64), for both mega and mediafire link, archive file can not extract PROclient.exe, and even the APK file for android also can not install with the message "There was a problem parsing the package."

So do you guys have any ideas for this, please help!
