Master ball couldn't catch Darkrai and it died

I wasted my whole night on this quest and by the time I get to catch the darkrai master ball didn't work. And the darkrai died. I lost my only chance. If you have a way to check the history of my items you can check it. I got over 2m and there is no reason I wouldn't bring a master ball. Here is the screenshot. I expect you kindly explain and compensate well for this matter. And I can't attach the screenshot for some reason. Image link in the reply ! As you can see all the pokes except Abra for sync are from quest. That's because I had a masterball and had complete trust in it. I didn't bring soak false swiper or status condition pokes. Masterball worked fine while I was catching mew and genesect. It bugged now big time. Thanks !
