Hello admin/mod. I'm trying to get back my alt account. It was an account from Red server. Never use to login silver server/gold. I tried to forgot password. But the problem is I forgot the IGN aswell.

 

The forgot password didn't accept email. It only need username for the reset. Because of that I cannot use email to reset the password.

 

In this case, is theres a way for me to get the username since the reset through email can't be used? I have the IGN on my friendlist before this IGN RedMY007 were transfer to silver server. But, when this IGN transffered to silver server, all my friendlist were removed too.

 

I need help to get the username only. If I get the username, I'm sure I'll get back my alt acc.

Maybe you can track through my Ip which were used to login the lost ID? or send me list of my friendlist that I had on red server before?
