Hola

En caso de que la otra cuenta no sea tuya. Si ambas cuentas se encuentran en el mismo servidor puedes quedar con un amigo en verte en algún lugar y haver un intercambio con el.

En caso de que ambas cuentas son tuyas. Puedes darle el Pokémon a algún amigo o alguien de confianza para que te lo intercambie devuelta a la otra cuenta a la que lo quieres pasar, o también puedes abrir las 2 cuentas al mismo tiempo y hacer el intercambio entre ti mismo.
