Plz rework our wings

I dont know if this is a thing to others but, if some wings would have some shiny effects or corresponding types reactions like articuno wings when it flaps it should make some ice flakes or snowy effects, moltres wings tho is a bit more of what im asking atm, but hey, if thats the case, then it would be fair if articuno and volca wings gets some animation or effects as well. Volca wings glitches, it wont flap when on mount.
