This is the right time to level your Sliggoo to evolve it into Goodra. :) Edit : I have deleveled your Sliggoo to lvl 99 so that you can level it once again and evolve it into Goodra. Incarnate Posted November 3, 2019 Share Posted November 3, 2019 , You can always check route 212 or pastoria city where the weather is always rainy if there is no rain in cerulean city or other cities with random weather conditions.
