Battle moderators will be implemented in the future and will do just about everything that you mentioned such as moderating pvp forums and etc. This won't happen until the pvp system is balanced and complete I'm sure Red will be happy to discuss this further. Thanks for the feedback! As noted in my post, I didn't expect this to be even considered for implementation until the PvP system is stable, since it would most definitely make the Battle Mod's job much harder than it has to be.
