What happened to me was that I bought a IV REROL to use in my legendary pokemon (darkrai), arriving there I used the reroll ticket the IV changed until then ok. But after a while the previous IVs came back and the reroll ticket didn't show up in my backpack. With that I lost 3 Pokemon and 350k in game money buying a reroll ticket and the IVs remained the same. In the beginning I had even changed the IVs more then back to the previous IVs. Can you help me with something

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Note that there are two options when you use IV reroll ticket on your legendaries, you can choose to change the IVs to the new IVs or you can keep the old IVs, but both options uses up one IV reroll ticket.

 

I think you have selected to choose the old IVs instead of the new IVs.

I'm really sorry for your loss, but it would be hard for us to help you on this case, because this is not a technical code issue, so it wouldn't be fair for all the players who have experienced the same problem.
