Hey There!

 

I have a friend named Porlard also being my guildmate he told me a very unusual problem/ bug I ever heard of since he's not familiar with how pro forum works I am here on his behalf.

 

Well the issue is whenever he tries to travel to Hoenn or other islands through Vermillion dock the NPC says he doesn't have access to the particular region yet although he has all Hoenn badges but the thing is as he was busy with IRL stuff he didn't log in for a while and doesn't remember whether he did Hoenn e4 or not and when he logged in after a while he was in Kanto and when he tried travelling this happened but he can travel to Johto(Olivine city). Pls take this into concern.
