I'm completely stuck.

After I beat the 6th gym of Canalave city, I fought barry on the bridge, I didn't fight him before the gym but after. Then I didn't read what he said, so I've checked the wiki, and the wiki says that I need to go to the library of Calanave, there're anybody apart npcs there's no Rowan and Barry. What should I do? I can't succeed in the story.

Ok Log out and back in, and Berry will be at the front door to the Gym, after talking to him, the people in the library will be present.
