lend pokemon send back bug

sorry last night i borrow poke from my friend, after i use vs lance, i click send back to all pokemon that i lend. In the morning my friend told me his pokemon not comming back

note: i borrow 5 pokemon dragonite,starmie,scizors,snorlax,charizard
