I used my 3 days memebership a day and a half ago and i wasn't able to get an advantage of it due to the server crashes in the last day, hope you guys can help me...thanks in advance :)

I dont think anyone will compensate u if u get crashes unless the whole server was offline for some time .

I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.

I want to first remind you that this game is still continuously updating and crashes can always occur any time.

 

If we are about to bring the server to maintenance, you'll receive a warning, however in cases of random crashes sadly it's impossible for us to warn since we can't predict them.

So, we won't be able to compensate losing some of your progress in-game due to game crashes or stucks, since it won't be fair to all other players inside the game, who underwent the same problems.
