I have 2 badges in Kanto and I was able to go to that island. https://prowiki.info/index.php?title=Prehax_(boss) According to wiki, it says you need to be a Kanto Champion which I am surely not... If you go there and talk with the boss at the house, you must fight the Munchlax to be able to go back from the island. Luckily, if you lose you stay there and don't lose any money, you just need to talk with the boss again and then you can leave the island. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
