What have you done before the problem was there?

I was selling candy to a rare player with the nickname of Niika and as I passed him and he gave me the money fell server (date 02/14/2016 17:30 Brazil time )

 

and when the server returned the pokes with rare candy was passed to the niika put money 120k did not come !

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I explain niika ( player who was buying the rare candy ) or the money had not come , however he now mind ever bought anything from me !!!

Please help me know not what to do !
