Emerzion Posted November 30, 2019 Share Posted November 30, 2019 Defeated the Rustboro Gym Leader, spoke to the guy outside the gym, spoke to the guy outside the cave, when in the cave the team rocket members are behind boulders. Tried re-logging, tried visiting the old man at the top of the devon corp building, tried pretty much everything.
