Moonmoon Posted February 15, 2016 Share Posted February 15, 2016 shiny pokemon are all by chance. everyone has an equal chance of finding one, which is roughly 1/8192. some people are lucky to find them right away where others are not. there really is no "easy" way to find them sadly.
