When the learn move screen popped up for my Ursaring to learn Snore, I was unable to learn the move! I clicked and clicked on the move I wanted to forget but to no avail the "are you sure?" prompt did not appear. All other parts of the screen were interactive (map icon, chat box, trainer icon, etc) but the learn move box was frozen!

 

Please help! I've worked very hard to level my Ursaring to this level just to learn both Rest and Snore in combination of each other.
