Can't see spawns in certain maps

I cannot see any spawns in any of the evergreen areas and some zones in johto. When I click the arrow on the top right corner to check which pokes spawn in the map, it gives me the error "Map does not exist.". but when I type the name of the map like "Evergreen Island Valley Path", only then I am able to see them. I tried uninstalling and installing the game many times but still no good.
