Hello guys,

i faced a problem recently. I have put a water stone on my eevee, leveled up then it turned into vaporeon. When i logged out some minutes later it was like a rollback in my account, my eevee went back to level 5(+holding the stone, if that helps). I invited my friend to evolve his Eevee but same thing happened to him. Today i want to evolve another eevee into jolteon and i wonder if i did something wrong back then or it is a bug. Can anyone tell me the exact way to evolve this?
