I just used two PP-ups to my gyarados for move ‘aqua tail’ and it showed the move using times increased from 10 to 14, but after I healed them in pokemon center, the move returned back to 10, plz tell me why！

Did you went through a game crash after using the items on your pokemon? Because you might have lost that due to a small rollback.
