Auction winner has not come online for 2 weeksish

Featured Replies

I auctioned something and the auction ended on November 27th. https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/140510-url/?do=findComment&comment=772044

The guy didn't come online for like 3 days, and I made the mistake of entering Johto not realizing it locked me from Kanto Pokemon. The guy came online and I messaged him saying he won but I accidentally locked myself in johto but I'd rush it so I can trade it to him ASAP. He was really nice and understanding and told me to take my time but before I could get his Discord or ask when he would next be on he logged out. That was basically two weeks ago and he hasn't been on since. On the forums I see I could report him but unless I know he's actually trolling me I don't want to do that, and I also messed up by locking my Pokemon for a day. I also didn't take a screenshot of our conversation so I don't think I'd have the evidence necessary for a report, I don't want to waste the trade moderators' time if that's the case. I'm now aware I could have posted on The Forum for help with my region locked Pokemon but I didn't realize that at the time.

i'm aware of rule 14- "If a Pokemon was sold unfairly to any user other than the original winner it will be forcefully moved to the rightful owner of the auction, whatsoever." but I dont see any expiration date for this rule. Is my pokemon bound to be a pc decoration until he comes back online? Or if he wasn't trolling me, Is a mod able to transfer the funds and the gastly?

I appreciate your explanation. I transferred gastly to the user and got your 600k from him. Have a good day and Merry Christmas in advance.
