I was doing a boss battle and my klefki had a lagging tail attached. I used switcheroo and after the battle it was gone. I do this all the time so I know I shouldn't have lost it .

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

 

I would like to inform you that we don't refund items that are lost when using Switcheroo/Thief/Trick/Covet unless there is a video proof that supports your claim, since it would be unfair for all other players who went through the same problem but couldn't get a refund.

It's a known bug :(

All the moves related to item exchange, unless using them in pvp battle, for example wild pokemon battle you can lose your item. (If use in pvp matches you won't lose items)
