i need help with a bug or something like that

Hi!

so i need help, ive got this issue with the game where i cant move when i enter a new area until i tab out of the game and in again, like i gotta press the windows button twice just to start moving, which is super annoying. sadly, thats not even it, i think the game thinks im pressing my mouse button twice when i only do it once (got the video attached for better understanding), and as you can see i cant change the resolution, navigating menus like the inventory is a real pain and using the chat is quite literally impossible.

i already asked on the discord server, and i was told to do the following:

"there are several things you and try 1) update video drivers if not resolved try this 1. Create a shortcut to the PRO exe and name it what ever you wish. 2. Next, right click your shortcut and goto properties, when you get there you will find a textbox that says "Target" and then the location of the PRO exe you created a shortcut for. What you will want to do is after the end of it, type -force-d3d11 or -force-opengl or -force-glcore. (Add a space between .exe and -force 3. Hit Apply, and then run the shortcut you created. PRO will now run using directX 11 and should no longer crash due to buggy windows 10 and drivers"

I did do that, my graphics drivers are updated, i did the shortcut thing, downloaded both the x32 and x64 versions, nothing worked for me

I guess i should also tell you my system specs, as they might help, so here they are:

AMD Ryzen 3 1200 (4x 3.1GHz / 3.4 Turbo)

ASRock B450M PRO4

SSD 240GB Patriot Burst (555MB/s - 500MB/s)

8GB Powercolor RX570 Red Dragon

the discord moderator told me to post it here if his solution doesnt work, so here i am.
