Our TOOLS show us specific data/info of an account and update themselves for every single important action that a player carry out. For example, we can see if a player has beat a specific NPC, a specific gym, if they have battled and lost against a specific boss and so on. It is not possible for them to show wrong information in any way. In your situation, our TOOLS clearly show that you have lost the first battle against Kyurem (might have been a disconnection or a simple battle loss) and this is the reason of why you didn't obtain the reroll ticket. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a new reroll ticket, or reset the quest for you giving you a second chance, as that would be against our policies and would be extremely unfair to every other players. I'm sorry to disappoint you but I hope you can understand. As the initial question has been cleared and we cannot offer further support with this situation, as that's not a bug or similar, I will now proceed with locking the thread.
