i have working for kyurem quest and when i defeated him the first and take joey back to his mom his mom gave some present to us like xmas coins and reroll ticket but i got xmas coins not the reroll ticket. So it's my request you to help me with my rward

The re-roll was if you beat kyurem on the first try. If you beat him on the 2nd try, all you get are some coins.
