Hi, I've been playing this game for a few years now. On the last few months I haven't played but I downloaded again 2 days ago and it seems that I lost all my SINNOH region progress. I don't know what to do.

I played until July 2018 or something like that, I played a little bit after the Christmas event where you have to beat Kaguya.

I have checked your account's (enkey) database and it's stated as you didn't start the Sinnoh Entrance Quest yet, where you have to fight 6 trainers in order to enter Sinnoh.

 

Can you tell me if this account (enkey) was the one you wanted to check?
