Hello pro staff,

i have an issue with my torchic (id: 41831315). I leveled up to 99 level and it never asked me if i want a revolution. I mean it asked me till the previous level but not in this one.

My nickname in game: Vehicleoutofgas

Have you tried leveling it to 100? When it does'nt work you can always request a delevel because of that glitch/bug.

Then I suggest you write a little application on the leveling thread and say that it did not want to evolve because of a bug/glitch. It seems like its a common thing, a lot of people are experiencing this issue.
