Items lost or unable use

So today I been at johto league trying beat it so I sold poke for 5k and did little grinding get some extra money as I was walking back I did have some lag problem but I relog it fix itself as I bought 5 revives and 5 hyper potions right after wards I lag as I walk up it wrap me back down few step I check everything in my bag I had it still and money was same as after I bought the stuff so I went to fight elite four as I get done the third one I try reviving and it wouldn't let me.choose Pokemon so.i though maybe this was new update only in Pokemon battles so I went against the dark type elite four and try it there and it wasn't showing up so after I lost I try reloging and came back i.still have them in my backpack so I went against the elite four got to 2nd one try using them and still wasn't there. So I ask the help channel in the game and explain and they told me to make post on forums I hope this was right spot. I took some screen shots of my backpack and when items i have in battle so please i hope this help figure this out for me.

update: after being log off for while they now disappeared.
