Nothing wrong I came to selected my first pokemon

In the selection of the first pokemon I don't want to take Squirtle so I selected the button "No" but after this I have the Squirtle in my team :Bored: :etc:, the pokemon I want was Pikachu and not Squirtle can you do something for this bug ?

It seems you've likely clicked "yes" by mistake. Though it's not possible to reset this, you can find Pikachu in viridian forest very early on, so don't worry!

Yes it is, only pikachu as starter can learn surf
