I feel you're trying to force some very circumstantial evidence here.

From a scizor user, I've never had bullet punch miss, coincidentally I also run SD/BP/KO on mine, and it depends on your situation in the fight: Bullet punch can't miss unless there's an accuracy/evasion difference or the other pokemon is using an avoidance move. You haven't told us anything about the battle scenario for this, could you please elaborate?

yes,i agree bullet punch miss donphan(i use scizor) and buff 1 Sword dance

I did use Bullet Punch and Swords Dance/Bullet Punch combo yesterday, did not miss nor did I Crit on a opponent. Your description is vague, we need screenshots/video proof.
